Required skills/experience:-Experience of working within a technical support team or working with Linux are an advantage but are not a prerequisite to applying as full training will be provided.

Description of Position:- Your primary role will be to resolve technical support issues for a wide range of customers. You will have strong communication skills, have a strong customer focus and be able to work quickly and effectively. Shift work is required.

Customer Services Manager

Heart Internet are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead, support, coach, train and develop a team of Customer Support Advisors within this technically led environment.

You will be part of this company's continued success and growth plan, and be responsible for motivating and leading others.

• Managing a team of customer support advisers
• Handling difficult enquiries or complaints
• Training staff to give a high standard of service
• Making sure that staff understand company procedures and consumer and data protection laws
• Developing customer service policies
• Setting up customer feedback or complaints procedures
• Reporting on levels of customer service and looking for ways to improve standards
• Helping and advising customers by telephone and e-mail
• Issuing refunds or compensation if necessary.

You will have experience managing Customer Service Advisors within a call centre/customer service centre environment.

It would be highly beneficial if you have previous or existing exposure within the ISP or Telecoms market.
